Kitchen sinks, Bath vanities: Laundry sinks and working faucets for any above. Toilets: ONLY CLEAN AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. Bath tubs and whirlpool baths. PVC, copper: pipe, fittings, and other related parts and items.
Roofing: Asphalt, steel , clay composite, wood, slate. Soffit, fascia, roof venting, gable vents. Siding: Vinyl, composite, wood, steel. Aluminum and steel (tin) coil stock and flashings.
Dimension, treated, hardwood, composite, plywood, OSB, presswood, sheetrock, mealmine shelving, millwork, base, casing, cove, crown, chair and others.

4' minimum, full of nails, broken or damaged. Sheetrock,, paneling, and plywoods (OSB's) should be a minimum of 4'X4'. Damaged and used roofing materials. Should bea minimum of three bundles for shingles (one square) Siding should be a minimum of one square (10'X10') no nail holes.
Stained, chipped or broken and missing parts. PVC should be a minimum of 6 feet in length, and fittings and faucets should be in working and usable condition (not rusted and filled with lime deposits.
Broken or missing parts, needs to be clean and free of corrosion
