Homeownership, the ultimate American Dream, is possible for over 400,000 families worldwide because of the work Habitat affiliates and its volunteers do every day.
From application, selection, construction and mortgage closing, Habitat works side by side with partner families to provide the hand-up they need to access affordable housing, break the cylce of poverty and build long-term financial security.
Families must meet income guidelines, credit check, have a need for affordable housing, an ability to pay a long term (20-30 year mortgage) loan, and be willing to partner with Habitat.
Our application and supporting documents are available at our Affiliate offices and the ReStore located at 1357 Industrial Park Drive SE, Bemidji.
