Homeownership
When you purchase a Habitat home, you will never pay more than 30% of your income on housing — and that includes your mortgage, property taxes, a utility allowance, and homeowners insurance. Our mission is to make affordable housing a reality for families right here in Bemidji and the surrounding area.
