Partner Build is a partnership between Northwoods Habitat for Humanity, businesses, and other community-based organizations, working alongside a future homeowner to build and fund a safe, affordable home. By promoting and embracing unity and a shared commitment to serve, Partner Build provides a tangible opportunity to give back to our community.

Northwoods Habitat for Humanity is committed to making affordable housing a reality for families in Beltrami and Clearwater Counties. According to a recent study by Beltrami County, over 1000 affordable housing units are needed to alleviate the shortage in our community.
